Check out Joe Barry's method. Seriously, I feel I would be doing you a disservice by not sharing this wonderful program.
Beyond that, here are a few tips:
- Don't fight your attacks. If one comes on, get as comfortable as you can and do your very best to relax through it.
- Don't attempt to rush home if out and about. Find a spot aside, it will pass so just let it.
- Get plenty of rest, have your 8 hours sleep.
- Try cutting down on caffeine and sugar.
