The Panic Away Program - My Review

"What If I Told You Your Next Panic Attack Would Only Last A Few Seconds and That You Would Never Have To Experience Another Again"

The Panic Away Program

That is one very bold promise up there, I am sure you'll agree. It is taken straight from the panic away website. But what do I think of this program? Does it fulfill the promise made?

Actually, yes it does.

This is one of the most successful programs out there for eliminating panic attacks and general anxieties. It's simplicity is perhaps it's greatest strength.

It just works. It did for me and I strongly suggest that you consider it. I would not hesitate to recommend my very best friends and family to use this if they ever should experience anxiety and panic attacks.

Joe Barry explains some very simple techniques which I found deceptively powerful.

When you reach the stage when you're no longer looking for the causes or explanations of panic attacks, you will probably then be in the shoes I was about 9 months ago. You'll just want to do something practical to control the attacks.. and stop them completely.

This is the answer. After you order, you gain immediate access to the full program. It does not matter what time of day it is for you right now, you can order and begin applying this material today.

If I didn't mention it already, this program isn't expensive. Seriously, it is a no-brainer for anyone who no longer wants to suffer their panic attacks and anxieties no more.

I guess it is possible that some may not find the Panic Away program as effective as I did (along with over 27,000 others...), BUT if that is the case, there IS always the 8-week money back guarantee.

But wait till you learn the now famous 'One Move technique' as this is so powerful, I almost wanted another attack to come on just so I could use it!

Seriously, I highly recommend you check out Joe Barry's Panic Away Program

How Long Do Panic Attacks Last?

I caught a forum post the other day discussing how long panic attacks can last for. There was mention of some cases which apparently lasted for as long as a week!

I wrote an article on this recently which you might find interesting.

In short, my thoughts on this are as follows: These occurrences are most probably a condition known as a heightened anxiety state, rather than panic attack. It is not possible to have an attack last that long, but it is possible to experience high levels of anxiety for days on end.

Preventing Panic Attacks

Here are 2 quick tips which you can use to help prevent panic attacks.

  • Don't give your attention to reasons to be afraid or worried. It is an unfortunate habit that many do. When you are always looking at what may go wrong, you are in effect increasing your chances of have another anxiety or panic attack.
  • When you feel anxiety building, immediately distract yourself. Find something else to focus your mind on. Preferably something positive! The idea here simple - what you focus on grows. By taking your mind away from something which is upsetting you, you will begin to feel better almost instantly.
I wrote more on this recently along with a third "quick tip" and you can read it here if you wish.

Symptoms of Panic Attacks

Okay, here is a common list of symptoms:

  • sweating
  • a shortness of breath
  • feeling of adrenaline through your entire body
  • racing or pounding heartbeat, chest pain
  • stomach problems, feeling nausea
  • feeling lightheaded, dizziness or vertigo
  • a numbness in your face, hands, feet or mouth
  • burning sensations, hot or cold flashes
  • trembling and shaking, tingling spine
  • feelings of claustrophobia
  • smothering sensations
  • feeling weak, and muscle spasms
  • a frightening realization of reality
  • inability to react logically
  • racing, irrational, or fearful thoughts
  • feeling impending doom
  • feeling out of control
  • vision some what impaired
  • The apparent slowing down or speeding up of time
If you are having anxiety or panic attacks then you may be able to relate to some of these symptoms, or very similar ones at least. They can and do vary. It can be difficult to diagnose panic attacks and if you are unsure then you should see your doctor.

Got Any Tips For Panic Attacks?

You know, my first tip would have to be:

Check out Joe Barry's method. Seriously, I feel I would be doing you a disservice by not sharing this wonderful program.

Beyond that, here are a few tips:

  • Don't fight your attacks. If one comes on, get as comfortable as you can and do your very best to relax through it.
  • Don't attempt to rush home if out and about. Find a spot aside, it will pass so just let it.
  • Get plenty of rest, have your 8 hours sleep.
  • Try cutting down on caffeine and sugar.

Pregnant With Panic Attacks

You know, it is bad enough having anxiety and panic attacks when not being responsible for another life. You should certainly check in with your doctor on this one.

You can also read this article I wrote on the subject.

And don't forget Joe's program - it's not expensive at all. And chances are excellent you will stop your attacks using it.

Breaking Free From Your Prison of Fear

I wrote a really important article recently which I feel is worth pasting here as well. I think you will find it helpful:

Overcoming Panic Attacks - Breaking Free From Your Prison of Fear

If you have been suffering panic attacks, and are looking for information on overcoming panic attacks then you are in luck! There is so much information and help out there available to you today. I know, I got rid of my panic attacks completely, and so can you.

Here are 5 pointers you will find helpful in overcoming panic attacks:

Firstly - The symptoms of panic attacks are nothing more than exaggerated reactions to stress in your body. No matter how bad they may feel, it won't get any worse and you will be alright.

Secondly - Rather than fight the panic attack and trying to stop it coming on with sheer force, just accept it for what it is (but no more than that) and take deep breaths and let go. Remember, force negates.

Thirdly - Make yourself as comfortable as possible without attempting to escape. So if you are in the middle of the street and you feel one coming on, go to the side and lean against a pole or wall, or sit. Don't fight it or try to rush back home. It will go.

Fourthly - Never criticize yourself or beat yourself up for the way you feel. Know that you will be alright and that this "thing" you have can be gotten rid of and that you will in your own time.

Fifthly - Always be in control where possible. When you feel the panic, don't fight it, use it as an opportunity to relax more and enjoy your breathing. You will find that the feelings will subside and it will be glorious to know that you did it all by yourself. After all, it is you who is in control.
